Cambridge Property Management offers our current tenants a referral rent credit for any tenant who refers a qualified applicant who moves into one of our units.
If you know someone who is looking for a place to rent, please refer us. If they do decide to apply, make sure they mention your name on their application, as this is the only way we will know who referred them. In return, you will receive $50 in rent credit.
In order to qualify for the referral credit, the following must satisfy the following requirements:
- Current resident(s) must be residing at a property managed by CPM and be listed on the lease agreement.
- The new applicant(s) must qualify and meet CPM rental requirements. New applicant(s) must also sign a minimum 9 month lease agreement along with all required documentations and addendum.

*The $50 rent credit will only be given for 1 (one) person per unit. If you refer more than 1 (one) person but they all rent the same unit together, you will only receive $50 rent credit for that unit being rented. If you refer more than 1 (one) person and they rent different units/properties, then you will receive $50 rent credit for each unit rented.
